We are changing the way bookings and payments are made.

All bookings will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking attendance. You will make the booking yourself; there is no need to email or telephone the school.

You MUST access the Clubs Section on Parent Pay in order to book the sessions to ensure your child has a place.

How to Book Video Parent Pay Link

Anyone with an outstanding debt will not be able to book or use the clubs until all outstanding amounts are cleared.

Any credit amounts will remain available for you to use if you pay in advance. If you cancel a session the payment will remain on account for you to use next time you make a booking.

Procedures for After School Club

There is no longer any option for parents to leave their child at the office if they are running late – you must make other arrangements for pick up and call the office to confirm.
The school office will be closed at 5pm, please phone the ASC mobile when you arrive to pick up. 07749 034690
If you are running late to pick up your child, you must make other arrangements. The ASC last pick up is at 6pm – if you are late, you may not be able to make use of the service in the future.

Snack and drink are included.

Additional information for booking/paying for BC & ASC

For those parents using Tax Free Childcare you will still be required to email skillington@saint-patricks.org.uk when you have processed a payment; stating your child's name, reference number and how much you wish to be allocated to each club.

For those parents using Childcare Vouchers, we will allocate the voucher amount in the same way when it has credited the bank.
When this payment has credited the bank we will allocate the credit amount to your child's account on Parent Pay Clubs, you will need to log on to ParentPay and navigate to the Clubs section where you will be able to select the dates of attendance using the credit balance to make the payment.

Tax Free Childcare & Childcare Voucher Payments will need to be made in advance of attendance allowing time for the money to credit our account prior to you booking sessions.
